RETURN POLICY

We at TROPILAB® INC. are confident that you will be pleased with the product(s) you’ve purchased. However, if you are for some reason not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return the merchandise within 30 days after the date of the invoice for a refund or a replacement. The price of shipping & handling is excluded. If you have paid with credit card or check, a return fee of $5.00 or 2.35 % is also deductable, whichever is greater. Please send us first an e mail explaining the return; returns without prior notification can not be accepted! If we made a mistake on your order, we will correct this or give you your money back. Packages, that are damaged and/or with the contents lost , must be reported to the postal service, courier service or shipping company. We are not responsible for delays by the shipper (postal - and courier service). We do not take back opened bottles of anything. Bulk seeds, herbs and rhizomes are not refundable.
